Consistent Full-Time Hours: Work 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with every other weekend scheduled—ideal for those seeking evening shifts and a stable work schedule.
Enhanced Shift Differentials: Evening shifts offer a total of $5.10 shift differential ($1.60 evening shift, $3.50 additional differential) in addition to your competitive base pay, ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 months with a 12-month commitment. This is a great opportunity to receive additional financial support while joining a dynamic and supportive team. Please note: Network internals are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to residents during evening and weekend shifts.
Assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor patient health.
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents.
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in New York State.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
